Application Process:

  • Challenging but Rewarding: Applicants must submit an essay demonstrating a wide lexical resource, similar to IELTS standards.
  • Recorded Demo: Instead of a live demo, you will record a sample lesson using provided materials.

Applicant Requirements:

  • ESL Experience: Minimum of 6 months of ESL teaching experience.
  • Educational Background: A university diploma is required (no college degrees). Preferably, candidates should have a major in Secondary Education with a focus on English.
  • Teaching Certification: At least one teaching certificate is necessary.

Teachers under this program are able to earn from P10,000 to P15,000 a month with just 3 hours of teaching every night.

Students: Vietnamese
Age/level: 12yo and up – Juniors
Class time: between 7:45pm to 10:45pm (fixed – 3 hours only)
Classes: Permanent / Cover class – Teacher manager will assign classes
Rate: Single class: 45 mins – P172.50 | Group class (2-4 students): 90 mins – P345.00
Cutoff: 15 days
Payday: 2x a month via GCash or Bank Transfer
Platform: ClassIn Pro (Paid by the school)
Materials: Provided
Day off: 1 day
Main comms: Skype

Requirements:
Must have a UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA (not College Diploma)
Must have at least 1 teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, TEYL, CELTA)

Hiring process:

Must submit an essay- guidelines/topic will be provided

For WFH applicants:
Computer must be i3-i5-3rd Gen above, 8gb ram, SSD Storage
